When downloading the HP Tile Design Tool please follow this checklist to assure the program runs smoothly:

  • Firewalls must be configured to give access to the following domains:  www.webvdecor.com and www.deploy.webvdecor.com
  • De-activate all pop-up blockers.
  • Internet Explorer must be allowed to install ActiveX software.
  • Antivirus must be configured to allow traffic from the above domains.
  • Deactivate the UAC (User Account Control) in Windows VISTA.
  • A user must be a Local Administrator to allow Virtual Decor to write on the Windows Registry.
