All special orders require 100% deposit and are subject to additional freight charges.
No returns on special orders.
Returns on stocked materials permitted within 45 days (full carton/full cubes only) and are subject to a 20% restocking charge if picked up or 15% if brought back to Hamilton Parker Company.
No returns on setting materials, liquids, mortar or used tools.
Returns must be accompanied by original sales slip.
Hamilton Parker Company is not responsible for overages or shortages on materials ordered.
Prices quoted are from for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Hamilton Parker Company reserves the right to charge storage fee of $1 per day after 60 days notice.
Installation is Acceptance.
Shade Variance is inherent in all fireclay products.

Masonry Department
Seller shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning of products. Acid cleaning of brick is done at buyer’s risk and is not recommended by HP or the manufacturer.
Seller shall not be responsible for any claims after the product is installed. Under no circumstance will our responsibility exceed the cost of the material.
Returns: Minimum 1 strap of Brick for credit if returned by customer (stock only). Minimum 1 cube of brick for credit if picked up at jobsite by HP (stock only). Full boxes of Manufactured Stone for credit (stock only). Manufactured Stone installation is warranted for one year for labor only. All tools, liquids, mortars are non – refundable.
Labor: 100% deposit is required for material and labor. See terms and conditions with installing agreement. |
Tile Department
Seller shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning of products. Acid cleaning of Natural Stone or Tile is done at buyer’s risk and is not recommended by HP or the manufacturer.
Seller shall not be responsible for any claims after the product is installed. Under no circumstance will our responsibility exceed the cost of the material.
Returns: Full cartons of stock Tile only. All tools, liquids, mortar, grout and setting material are non–refundable.
All Returns must be Authorized and Accompanied by a HP Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMA’s are valid for ten business days from the date issued. |

HP will charge a storage fee of $1 a day for material not picked up at HP with in 60 days of receipt.

All special ordered material is non –refundable
All invoices not paid within our terms will be subject to a 1.5% monthly charge (18% annual percentage rate) on the unpaid balance but in no event shall the charge be in excess of the maximum permitted under applicable State or Federal laws.
Garage Door Department
Garage Doors installed by HP are warranted for one year. This warranty does not cover periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer in the owners manual. Garage Door Openers not properly installed can damage your door and will not be warranted by HP or the manufacturer.
Garage Door Openers installed by HP are warranted for one year. This warranty, after 90 days, does not cover force adjustments, eyebeam sensor adjustments, re-programming of remotes and keyless entry. Please refer to the owner’s manual.

Fireplace Department
Fireboxes and Gas Logs installed by HP are warranted for one year.
For gas appliances, this warranty does not cover the seasonal maintenance that is recommended by the manufacturer to test for
gas leaks and make burner adjustments. Please refer to the owner’s manual.
