The HP Outlet Manager is responsible for working with the Director of Business Development to oversee all aspects of HP’s Delaware location, including the showroom, customer service, and warehouse. The HP Outlet Manager must reflect and represent Hamilton Parker’s core values, H.E.A.R.T. (History, Enthusiastic, Adaptive, Reputable, Team-oriented).
Branch responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Lead, manage, and hold Delaware staff accountable.
- Help cover the customer service/sales counter.
- Assist phone customers with questions and orders.
- Enter orders and manage the orders portal in P21.
- Track and remove all items from the Outlet as they sell out.
- Create and maintain a Saturday schedule.
- Work with vendors & coordinate training with the team.
- Product and new hire training.
- Help with customer issues and/or questions.
- To optimize revenue, provide insights on pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales targets.
- When new items arrive at the Outlet, price the items accordingly.
Evaluate Inventory Management:
- Monitor and assess inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for demand while minimizing overstock.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast demand and adjust inventory ordering based on sales trends.
- Analyze product turnover rates and recommend strategies to improve stock rotation and reduce excess inventory.
- Track product performance and identify slow-moving or obsolete items using internal reports.
Develop and Evaluate Sales Strategies:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Customer Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage new customers and retain existing ones through various channels (e.g., email, and in-store promotions).
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to ensure positive relationships and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to track customer purchasing patterns and create targeted campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and ensure consistent communication to drive long-term growth.
Skills & Abilities

- Strong computer skills & background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
