Giving Back is Who We Are

Giving back is a core value that we embrace wholeheartedly. We believe that a strong community makes a strong Hamilton Parker, and we’re dedicated to supporting and uplifting the communities we serve.

Pelotonia

Pelotonia is a passionate community united in the fight to end cancer. Founded in 2008, Pelotonia has grown into a powerful movement, raising over $230 million for innovative cancer research. The organization hosts an annual bike ride that brings together thousands of riders, volunteers, and donors, all committed to one goal: funding life-saving cancer research.

OUR 2024 GOAL: In the last seven years, Team Hamilton Parker has raised over $228,000, with 100% of all donations going directly to life-saving cancer research. Together, we can make 2024 even better!

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio’s mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. we believe that a strong Central Ohio is an investment not just in our company but in our region. We have a rich history with BBBS of Central Ohio, going back to Milton Lewin and his belief that helping support the youth in our community made us all stronger.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

At Hamilton Parker, we believe in giving back to our communities, which is why we offer Volunteer Time Off (VTO) for our employees. This program allows our team members to dedicate their time and talents to meaningful causes such as Fry Out Cancer, local schools, the Ronald McDonald House, United Way, Special Olympics, and many more. By supporting these impactful organizations, our employees help to create positive change and make our communities better places to live and work.

Holiday Giving

In 2014 we created the Gift of Giving program to allow us to make charitable donations on behalf of our customers as a way of thanking them for the previous year of business and partnership.

In honor of our 10th year of our Gift of Giving program, we are passing along the generosity to an organization that is very close to the Lewin family, the Jack Madison Memorial Fund. This fund was established in 2023 when Adam Lewin’s nephew, Jack, passed away. The fund is used to help those of all faiths that are in need, support causes close to Jack’s heart and passions.

Previous recipients have included Nationwide Children’s Hospital (2023), Cleveland Clinic (2023), Cincinnati Children’s Hospital (2023), New Life Furniture Bank (2022), Patches of Light (2022), Transplant House of Cleveland (2022), Mid-Ohio Food Bank (2021 & 2020), Junior Achievement of Central Ohio (2021), Gigi’s Shelter for Dogs (2021 & 2018), Driven Foundation (2020 & 2019), Greater Cleveland Food Bank (2020), Free Store Food Bank in Cincinnati (2020), Providence House (2019), Crayons to Computers (2019), Comp Drug (2018), Upspring (2018), Buckeye Ranch (2017), Life Care Alliance – Meals on Wheels (2017), Circle Tail (2017), Flying Horse Farms (2016), Local Matters (2016), Pilot Dogs (2016 & 2015), Wounded Warrior Foundation (2015), and The Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio (2015).
