When you use our website to scan a QR code on one of our showroom items, you’ll be sent directly to the product details page.   • Is the price that shows my pricing?

    Hamilton Parker has different pricing levels based on the type of trade professional and account you hold. If you have signed up on our website to be a user and went through the approval process by our internal team, the price indicated on our product pages should be an accurate reflection of your pricing. If you feel there is an error, please contact your assigned sales representative to discuss this further. Retail pricing is the default pricing shown to all.

    Can I change my Username and Password?

    Once you create a username you are unable to change it. If you forget your password you can send yourself a password resent link to the email your account is registered through.

  • Can I order samples from the website?

    Yes, you can request samples from our product pages by clicking request samples. Our approved account holders get this service free of charge. On select products, we offer samples at zero cost.

    There are some limitations on product samples due to price, size, manufacturer location etc. Often times sample chips are shown for tile at approximately 4”x4” in size, or a cut piece is given. Masonry items are often shown on a “hand board” or by one single piece. We may include multiple pieces depending on variations in the product. If a full-size piece is needed, it may require a minimum purchase depending on manufacturer requirements and inventory levels.

    We encourage sampling or seeing products in person before buying. Product texture and color is challenging to see on screen or printed in a catalog. By taking a physical piece home or seeing in the natural light of our showrooms, it gives you a better indication of the color, texture and variation.

    If able, we encourage our customers and guests to return samples once finished. This allows us to cut down on waste, time and resources.

  • Can I use the QR codes in the showroom?

    Once you have found an item in our showroom you want to learn more about use your mobile device to go to our website. Then select the QR scanner to the right on the search bar. Once you scan the QR code you will be taken to the product page on our site. This page will provide additional information on the product such as a description, lifestyle photos, additional colors and sizes available, stock or special-order indicators, material calculator and pricing.

  • Why isn’t a service or item available in my area?

    Some of our products and services have territory restrictions therefore, it may not be available in your area. We offer installation on masonry veneer, fireplaces and garage doors. If you are interested in a product or service and want to know more details visit our locations page. For more specific details view our manufacturers  page to learn about all of our partnerships.

    Can I schedule a delivery?
    We offer delivery services throughout Ohio and arrange for truckload and less than truckload deliveries for areas outside of Ohio. There are fees associated with each type of delivery based on customer level, location, frequency and size. Please contact us if you need delivery in your area.

  • Can I return an item?

    We allow returns on stocked items. Items must be in sellable condition up return and not damaged or picked through. Returns must happen within 30 days of purchase. We do not allow returns on special-order items or on our sand and chemical based products. Outlet materials are not eligible for return or refund.

    What is the difference between a quote and an order?

    Our team can put together a quote that includes your products and details. Quotes expire after 30-Days unless otherwise indicated. Once you are ready to place your order, our staff can process the order and obtain tracking information if needed and provide an estimated time for pickup or delivery.

    For “cash accounts”, the amount due must be paid in full at time of purchase prior to placing a PO with the manufacture or holding material in the warehouse.
    Net-30 Accounts, at the time of ordering no payment is due if you are within your credit limit. Once your order is shipped or picked up from our warehouse, an invoice will be submitted for payment. Payment is due within 30-Days or fees may be applied.

  • What does stock vs. special order mean?

    Whenever you see stock indicated on a product page (screen capture HERE) or a Green Stock Sticker on a product in our showroom (insert picture HERE) this indicates that we have marked this item to be stocked at one or more of our locations. Whereas it is always our goal to have inventory of our stocked items we sometimes may be sold out and waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer. We may also not have enough inventory to fulfill large purchase quantities which requires additional ordering.

    Special-Order items simply mean, we do not have a stocking program in our warehouse for this SKU. There are some instances where we have inventory of something that is not a stocking SKU, this could happen for multiple reasons. Though in most cases ordering this material requires a PO to be placed with the manufacturer to fulfill the order. Special order material may come on a regular “trucking schedule” and be here the same week of ordering. Materials may also come from across the country or overseas which could lead to longer lead times from the manufacture. Lead time estimates will be provided by your sales representative.

    Can I purchase a product not listed on your website but offered by a manufacturer you carry?

    We can likely place a special order for you. Since we partner with multiple manufacturers, we cannot display every available option on our website. We focus on showcasing trending and popular items based on our manufacturers’ recommendations. Our website features stocked items, nearly every SKU in our showrooms, and products highlighted on our brand page through Material Bank. We are continually expanding our online SKUs and updating our showroom selections, so please check back regularly for updates.
